This is one giant lettuce head fresh from the Rainbow Moon Mandala Garden. Amazing!
We have plants that are really growing fast now. Tomatoes and peas have supports now. Blossoms will change to fruits and pods soon for us to enjoy right off the vines. Spinach, acelga (bok choi), lettuce, basil, arugula, cabbage, chives, and all the others are very happy and tastey.
